Planning an event is always a daunting challenge, and planning the technical aspects is no exception. Ultimately, for you as an organiser – and for all attending – the technical production simply needs to be invisible; bringing all the technical elements together seamlessly, while not being a distraction in themselves.

And in making that happen, what makes Revolution Audio in a crowded and often complex market?

Above all else, we are rooted in our values as a business. We believe that without honesty and integrity, everything else we do is merely material. We do not unfairly over-specify in the interest of our own profits, neither do we take a half-hearted approach to smaller events. We share our experience and wisdom honestly, offering genuine expertise and experience from our years in the industry, and aiming to truly help all our customers achieve their aspirations for their event. We do not take commission when outsourcing aspects like staging; we simply give our customers the benefit of our industry partnerships, taking care of all their needs and truly providing a “one-stop”, single point of contact for all needs.

Just because an event is smaller, or has a lower budget, does not mean the attitude, service or equipment we provide should be sub-standard. Whether your event is a multi-stage festival, right down to a small acoustic performance, we will always offer you our very best in both support and service.

We seek to help at every possible step of the way, and offer our experience in event management and planning to our customers. For example, when Yeovil’s Youth Council first enquired about our Production services for a fundraising concert they were planning, we offered them access to our wealth of experience in aspects of event management that went well beyond audio. And thanks to this, they knew they could place complete trust in us to deliver an audio solution tailored for their needs, and of the highest quality.

And this attitude goes beyond Production. Take our Equipment Hire services. With our large and varied stocks, and the individual requirements for every one of our customers, choosing the right equipment – or even knowing where to start – can be a daunting experience. Our team are never more than a phone call or e-mail away, ready to listen to your requirements and offer our wealth of experience to you, enabling you to feel completely confident you will have the right systems for your event. And once the kit has left our premises, the service continues, with free delivery and collection within a 10-mile radius, as well as setup and packdown if you require it. Going still further, we offer 24/7 support by phone, and will attend on-site in the event of any technical problems. Rest assured, we will always have your back.
