After another great year here at Revolution Audio, we’ll be operating with slightly reduced office hours over the Christmas period to take a well earned rest!
However, we recognise that this is a busy time of year for events and dry-hires, so we will be ready as ever to provide excellent service and options to all our customers. If you’re planning an event over the festive period and need audio support, we have fully engineered and dry-hire options available, so get in touch with us to discuss your requirements. We recognise that Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve are particularly busy nights for our Hire Department, so hire deliveries and support will be available beyond the standard closing time.
We’ll then be open as normal from Thursday January 2nd. We’d like to take this opportunity to wish all of our customers a very happy Christmas, and a great New Year - we look forward to hearing what 2014 brings you!

Revolution Audio has built on its long-running partnership with The Red Brick Building, Glastonbury by recently providing audio services for “The Egg”, the latest band to perform at the fast growing venue.
Our track record in providing high quality, flexible solutions for events of all sizes has made us the preferred supplier for The Red Brick Building, and the recent addition to the building; Bocabar. With an ever-growing number of live music events now being hosted, quality sound is more important than ever, and Revolution Audio continues to deliver. Electronic Rock band “The Egg” recently performed in the newly opened events space, and we worked closely with the venue to provide high quality PA in what - logistically - is a challenging space. Despite a low ceiling and unusual layout, we still provided top-quality sound, that attracted comments from performers and organisers alike. HK Audio Projector - with its compact footprint and flexibility of coverage - was utilised for Front of House, and our Soundcraft Si Compact digital mixing console ensured tremendous mixing capability, but without taking up unnecessary space. Shure, Audix and Audiotechnica mics were used on stage, along with a substantial collection of BSS DI Boxes to capture the various electronic sounds. The band’s Front of House engineer - Shaun Hunter - paid tribute to the quality of the equipment provided, and the sound of the system as a whole, as well as the tremendous professionalism of the Revolution Audio team. |
